We recommend ordering a sample before bulk production. It is the most reliable way to verify quality, material and finish at your end. Once a sample is approved, we guarantee your bulk order is produced to the same standard: what you approve is what you receive.

If goods arrive with outer-packaging damage or product defects caused in transit, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and relevant documents. We will coordinate with the carrier on your behalf and assess the case.
International return freight is cost-prohibitive for bulk wholesale, so we do not offer returns or refunds. For verified quality or transit issues, we resolve by either (a) free replacement goods in your next order, or (b) a partial refund. The exact refund ratio, replacement quantity and standard are confirmed together with you based on the specific product and order.
